Redesign To Sell is our home staging process that inspires buyers to see a property as a home, their home.

Whether you are still living in the home you are selling or the home is vacant, the idea is to present your home in the best possible light that appeals to the majority of potential buyers.

For occupied homes we take the approach that you still need to live in the home you are selling. You still need your things but maybe not all of them. This is only temporary, after all, when you sell your home you will have to pack your things anyway to make the move, so why not get some of it done now?

A vacant home is unique in that, in most cases, all the furnishings are gone. Vacant homes and empty rooms are often difficult for buyers to envision what can go in the room or the function of the room. Home staging helps to define the empty spaces and highlight the best features of a room.

For vacant property, home staging makes a vacant property a home.

Redesign To Live is for those homeowners that are not looking to sell but want a new look for their current home or those who just purchased a new home and need some help decorating the home.

Our designer will either work with what you already have or help you shop for new items to give your home a new look, that dream home you were looking for.

RENOVATION DESIGN

Renovation Design is for homeowners who, whether they are selling, buying, or remaining in their current home, are going for that new look that goes beyond just redecorating.

For sellers, sometimes in order to get the best possible price for your home, repairs or updates need to be done before your home goes on the market.

For buyers, sometimes you purchase a property but want to make some changes and update certain items in the home.

If you're uncomfortable about taking on a renovation project yourself or don't know where to begin, our designer works with you to design the look you want and help you pull together the resources needed for the project.

If desired, our designer can be the project manager for the entire project.
