For sellers, sometimes in order to get the best possible price for your home, repairs or updates need to be done before your home goes on the market.

For buyers, sometimes you purchase a property but want to make some changes and update certain items in the home.

If you're uncomfortable about taking on a renovation project yourself or don't know where to begin, our designer works with you to design the look you want and help you pull together the resources needed for the project.

If desired, our designer can be the project manager for the entire project.
